Shelves Steel

Platforms
- In addition to steel, aluminum and stainless decks (same specs as shelves above)...
� Structured foam plastic - super strong
� Wood (3/4" varnished plywood) for a non-scratching surface.
� �Ironwood" - dense, rot resistant, Brazilian wood that is 5 times harder than maple or oak.
� Maple butcherblock - 1-1/4" thick with varnish finish.
� Hardwood - 1" thick with varnish finish and 1" underbrace.
Corners Steel
� 1-1/2" angle with 3/16" thickness.
Stainless
� 1-1/2" angle with 14 gauge thickness.
Aluminum
� 1-1/2" angle with 10 gauge thickness.
Handles
� 1" tubular (level or 7" raised ergonomic) with smooth radius bend for comfort and uniform appearance.
Low profile carts have 10" raised angle handles (offset or straight) with 1-1/4" tubular crosspiece.
Platform truck handles are 1-1/4" tubular (except stainless are 1" tubular).

� Pull handle drawer & case structure (16 & 18 Gauge)
� Zinc plated ball bearing metal slides.
� Multiple drawers & doors on same cart are keyed alike (also multiple cart orders). Option to key differently (up to 10
sets) at an extra charge.

Dimensions & Designs
� All sizes are nominal, and specifications may vary due to minor design enhancements.
Carts will accept any caster (below) with our unique twin-hole pattern caster mounts (1-3/4" x 3" & 3" x 3" bolt hole patterns).
Wheel Characteristics
� Phenolic - Best rollability, high strength, hardest material.
� Rubber - Best if floor has debris, quieter roll.
� Polyurethane - Best if floor conditions vary, non-marking.
� Thermorubber - Grey non-marking, soft rubber for quietest roll and best floor protection.
� Steel (semi) - High shock and impact resistant
� Full Pneumatic - Absorbs shock and vibration, quiet movement, best for uneven floors or transporting over ridges in floors or mezzazines.
Brakes
� Wing Brakes (Toe) - Fit on swivels only. Come as a pair.
� Floor Lock - Mounts under caster channel in the middle of the handle end.
